What Data We Collect

• Email address and name (provided during signup)
• Professional profile information (title, bio, skills, experience level, location)
• AI fluency responses (Q1–Q4 answers for talent vetting)
• Job posting details (title, company, compensation, requirements)
• Platform interactions (intro requests, expressed interests, saved profiles)
• Notification preferences

How AI Is Used

We use Claude (by Anthropic) to evaluate talent profiles. When you submit your profile for review, your Q1–Q4 answers are sent to the Claude API to generate an AI fluency score (0–4) and assessment. This score is used alongside manual admin review to determine directory eligibility. AI is also used to generate job descriptions from hirer-provided posting details.

AI-generated scores can be overridden by human admins at any time. We log AI calls for quality monitoring and cost tracking.

Who Sees What

• Talent: Your approved profile (display name, title, bio, skills, AI fluency answers, score) is visible to all hirers in the directory.
• Hirers: Your job postings are visible to all approved talent. Your name and email are shared with talent when an intro is accepted.
• Admins: Can see all user data, profiles, postings, and platform activity for moderation purposes.
• Public: No user data is visible without authentication.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Notification queue entries are cleaned up after 30 days. AI call logs are retained for quality monitoring. If you delete your account, all personal data (profile, postings, intros, notifications, preferences) is permanently removed. Anonymized audit logs may be retained.

Your Rights

• You can view and edit your profile data at any time.
• You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings.
• You can opt out of specific notification types or all email notifications.
• You can contact us to request a data export.
